HANDLING IT & HATING IT.
A free workshop about anxiety, grief, and the urge to hold it all together, plus how to reclaim your sense of groundedness by connecting to your personal power and creativity.
Engaged Feedback: Conversations that Build Trust & Clarity
Feedback is one of the most powerful tools for building trust on a team — and one of the easiest to get wrong. This session draws on Brené Brown's Dare to Lead™ framework to help participants move from "armored" feedback habits, avoidance, vagueness, defensiveness, toward feedback that is direct, generous, and connection-building.
BRAVING Trust
Trust doesn't happen all at once — it's built (and broken) in small moments, one behavior at a time. In this interactive webinar, you'll explore the BRAVING framework, a practical, research-backed way to name and build the specific behaviors that create trust in yourself, your teams, and your relationships.
BRAVING breaks trust down into seven observable elements: Boundaries, Reliability, Accountability, the Vault (confidentiality), Integrity, Non-judgment, and Generosity. Rather than treating trust as a vague feeling, this framework gives you a shared language and a concrete tool for identifying where trust is strong, where it's fraying, and what to do about it.
How Shame Shows Up in Organizations
Participants will examine the concept of shame shields, identifying which protective strategies they tend to rely on in specific situations. The program then extends this understanding to the workplace, exploring how shame, scarcity, and comparison show up in professional settings and how these dynamics affect engagement, trust, and connection among colleagues and teams.
Shared Accountability: Blending Courage + Ownership to Drive Results
This program reframes accountability from a compliance tool into a courage practice, one that builds trust and strengthens relationships rather than assigning blame. Participants learn to apply the Accountability Ladder (See It, Own It, Solve It, Do It) to real situations they're navigating, giving them a practical framework for moving from awareness to action. The session introduces the Above the Line/Below the Line model, helping participants recognize accountable versus unaccountable behavior in themselves and others, and identify and interrupt below-the-line patterns like blame and avoidance before they take hold. Participants also apply TASC and the Dare to Lead™ 5 C's as tools for strengthening accountability in day-to-day interactions, leaving with concrete practices they can use immediately.
Aligned Leadership Collective
This six-week program is built for a cohort of 12 emerging or seasoned leaders who are developing the mindsets and skills to lead people, not just projects. Each week pairs one core theme with a facilitated live session and a short between-session practice, so the ideas move from concept into habit.
Dare to Lead™ for Health Care Professionals
If you lead in health care in any capacity, you already know the weight of it — the decisions that can't wait, the people counting on you, the version of yourself you have to be when everything is on the line. Most of us were trained to lead by staying composed, staying in control, staying strong. But that kind of leadership was never built to hold what clinicians are carrying now.
