Teams thrive on two essentials: courageous leadership and effective communication. When leaders build trust and teams understand how to connect across different communication styles, collaboration deepens, innovation grows, and accountability sticks. That’s why I combine Dare to Lead™, based on Dr. Brené Brown’s research, with the DiSC® Communication Style Assessment to give people both the courage to lead and the clarity to connect. Thriving Teams is fully customizable. It can be an inspiring  2-4 hour workshop, a 6 or 12 week continuous professional development program, or part of your new employee on-boarding. All programs can be online or in person to accommodate virtual and hybrid teams. The greatest results come when teams commit to shared language and tools to build team cultures where everyone can feel seen, heard and valued.
