BRAVING Trust

BRAVING Trust
Wednesday, November 11, 2026, 12:00 -1:00 PM (PST)

Trust doesn't happen all at once — it's built (and broken) in small moments, one behavior at a time. In this interactive webinar, you'll explore the BRAVING framework, a practical, research-backed way to name and build the specific behaviors that create trust in yourself, your teams, and your relationships.

BRAVING breaks trust down into seven observable elements: Boundaries, Reliability, Accountability, the Vault (confidentiality), Integrity, Non-judgment, and Generosity. Rather than treating trust as a vague feeling, this framework gives you a shared language and a concrete tool for identifying where trust is strong, where it's fraying, and what to do about it.

In this session, you'll:

Learn the seven components of the BRAVING framework and what each one looks like in daily leadership and team behavior. Identify your own trust-building strengths and blind spots using a guided self-assessment. Practice applying BRAVING language to a real relationship or team challenge you're currently navigating. Leave with a simple tool you can use immediately — in coaching conversations, team meetings, or one-on-ones — to talk about trust without it feeling abstract or awkward.

Who it's for: Leaders, managers, and teams who want a concrete, shared vocabulary for trust — especially useful for anyone navigating a team transition, repairing a strained working relationship, or building a new team's foundation.

Participants will receive:

  • BRAVING worksheet

  • Self + Team Trust worksheet
