The First Step in Working with Me
Scheduling a strategy session is your first step towards creating meaningful change. The strategy session is where our collaboration begins — it’s a dedicated, focused time for us to deeply explore what you really want to create, the obstacles you’re facing, and what it would take to get there.
Rather than a quick “qualifying” call, this is a working conversation. You will walk away with a clear game plan, and I’ll propose how we might work together — in a way that’s aligned with your goals, values, and current reality.
Once you book and pay for your strategy session, I will personally reach out to schedule our session.
What to Expect:
Here’s how we’ll use our time together (typically 60–90 minutes, but adjust as needed):
Assessment
Learning about where you are now: your current challenges, biggest pain points, and what’s motivated you to reach out.
We dive into what truly matters to you: your desired outcomes, your values, and your purpose.
Vision + Impact
Together, we co-create a program that prioritizes the learning objectives you desire. We will envision what success looks like — both in the short term and long term.
Strategy + Framework = Results
Based on our strategy call, I will deliver a custom proposal for a leadership program includes a scope of work, a program framework, strategic steps, lesson objectives, and options for working together.
We assess whether we’re a good match for each other — how I can support you, and what working together might look like.
If you decide to move forward, the fee for this session can be credited toward a longer-term coaching engagement.
Why Charge for the Strategy Session?
Clarity + Commitment: Charging for this session ensures that participants are serious, invested, and ready to engage deeply.
Value of Time: By investing in this working session, you get more than a sales call: you get a plan, ideas, and a proposal tailored just for you.
A strategy session is for those who are ready to invest — not just in ideas, but in a pathway and plan for real change.
