Feedback is one of the most powerful tools for building trust on a team — and one of the easiest to get wrong. This session draws on Brené Brown's Dare to Lead™ framework to help participants move from "armored" feedback habits, avoidance, vagueness, defensiveness, toward feedback that is direct, generous, and connection-building.

By the end of this session, participants will:

  • Understand what makes feedback engaged vs.  armored.

  • Identify how armor shows up in giving & receiving feedback.

  • Apply the Engaged Feedback Checklist from Dare to Lead™.

  • Identify personal barriers/defensiveness in  giving and receiving feedback.

  • Use rumble starters/rumble tools to support productive conversations.
